According to § 103 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and on condition of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal, the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“the Company”) hereby informs about change of the publication date of the consolidated report for Q3 2009 from November 10th 2009 (as written in current report no 1/2009 from January 2nd, 2009, and confirmed in current report no 19/2009 from August 3rd, 2009) to November 5th 2009.
