The Board of Directors of ASBISC Enterprises PLC hereby announces that General Shareholders Meeting of the Company re-elected Mrss Laurent Journoud, Paul Swigart and Henri Richard to the Board of Directors.

Laurent Journoud, born in 1970, holds an M.I.T. (Management – International Trade) and M.M.E. (Master's in European Management) from ICL Lyon, France (1993 and 1994 respectively). For more than 10 years, Laurent held senior international product management positions in the EMEA distribution industry with major multinationals, including Ingram Micro, Karma International and Actebis. Laurent joined the Company in January 2002 as Director of Product Lines. He is responsible for the Group's product portfolio and market development for each of the Group's technology offerings. Laurent is a Director and Executive Vice-President, responsible for Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Laurent Journoud does not conduct any activities which may compete with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He is not entered into Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Paul Swigart, born in 1969, holds a BA in History Magna Cum Laude with a certificate in Russia Studies from Princeton University (1991). Mr Swigart is currently the managing partner of Steep Rock Capital, an investment management company specializing in late stage private equity investments in Russian companies. Prior to founding Steep Rock, Mr. Swigart was a Senior Partner and the Head of International Equity Sales at United Financial Group, a leading Russian investment bank. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Swigart worked in investment management at Omega Advisors and Scudder Kemper Investments focusing on Eastern European and Latin American markets. From 1993 to 1995, Mr Swigart worked in Latin American corporate finance for Credit Suisse First Boston in both New York and Mexico City. In addition to his role at ASBISc, Mr. Swigart serves as an independent director on the Board of EOS AB (First North, Sweden).

Mr. Paul Swigart does not conduct any activities which may compete with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He is not entered into Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Henri Richard, born in 1958, holds a Bachelor degree (BMc) in Sciences and Physics at the University Paris Jussieu. He is currently a Senior Vice President, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Freescale Semiconductor, a world leader in the embedded semi-conductor industry. During the past two decades, Mr. Richard has held various senior management positions in Europe with leading companies in the IT industry, including Vice President-EMEA Strategic Accounts with Seagate Technology, and Vice President and Managing Director-Europe, Middle East and Africa for Conner Peripherals. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing with Metrologie International (France), and Chief Executive Officer with Informatique Haute Performance (France), a company he founded. Since his move to the United States in the late nineties, Mr. Richard was Vice President Sales & Support WW Distribution & E-Business, IBM Technology Group, and was a member of IBM's top 300 executives group. He also was Executive Vice President, WW Field Operations for WebGain, a privately held software company delivering Enterprise development tools. Later he  joined Advanced Micro Devices where he became Executive Vice President, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Henri is a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Henri Richard does not conduct any activities which may compete with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He is not entered into Doubtful Debtors Registry.

 

The legal grounds: § 5 section 1 point 22 of the Ordinance of the Finance Minister dated 19 October 2005, concerning current and periodical reports to be prepared by securities’ issuers and Article 56 section 1 point 1 of the Act dated 29 July 2005, on public offering and conditions of listing financial instruments on an organized system of trade and on public companies.

Pan Laurent Journoud, urodzony w 1970 r., posiada tytuły M.I.T. (zarządzanie w handlu międzynarodowym) i M.M.E. (europejski magister zarządzania) przyznane przez szkołę ICL Lyon we Francji (odpowiednio w 1993 r. i 1994 r.). Przez ponad 10 lat pan Journoud zajmował stanowiska kierownicze wyższego szczebla w zakresie międzynarodowego zarządzania produktami w sektorze dystrybucyjnym regionu Europy, Bliskiego Wschodu i Afryki w takich międzynarodowych koncernach, jak Ingram Micro, Karma International i Actebis. Pan Journoud dołączył do kadry zarządzającej Spółki w styczniu 2002 r. jako kierownik ds. linii produktów i odpowiada za ofertę produktową Grupy oraz rozwijanie pozycji rynkowej poszczególnych produktów technologicznych oferowanych przez Grupę. Pan Journoud jest Członkiem Rady Dyrektorów oraz pełni funkcję Wiceprezesa Wykonawczego ds. sprzedaży i marketingu.

Pan Laurent Journoud nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie figuruje również w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Pan Paul Swigart, urodzony w 1969 r., uzyskał tytuł licencjata z historii (z wyróżnieniem) oraz dyplom studiów rusycystycznych na Uniwersytecie Princeton (1991 r.). Pan Swigart jest obecnie partnerem zarządzającym w Steep Rock Capital, spółce zarządzającej inwestycjami specjalizującej się w inwestycjach w rozwinięte rosyjskie spółki. Przed stworzeniem Steep Rock, Pan Swigart był Starszym Partnerem oraz Szefem Działu Międzynarodowej Sprzedaży Akcji w United Financial Group, wiodącym rosyjskim banku inwestycyjnym. W latach 1997-2000, Pan Swigart pracował w zarządzaniu inwestycjami w Omega Advisors oraz Scudder Kemper Investments w dziale rynków Europy Wschodniej i Ameryki Łacińskiej. Od 1993 r. do 1995 r., Pan Swigart pracował w corporate finance Ameryki Łacińskiej w Credit Suisse First Boston zarówno w Nowym Jorku i w Meksyku. Oprócz swojego stanowiska w ASBISc, Pan Swigart pełni również rolę niezależnego dyrektora w Zarządzie EOS AB (First North, Szwecja).

Pan Paul Swigart nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie figuruje również w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Pan Henri Richard, urodzony w 1958 r., uzyskał tytul licencjata Nauk Ścisłych i Fizyki. Obecnie zajmuje stanowisko Wiceprezesa, Szefa Sprzedaży i Marketingu w Freescale Semiconductor, światowym liderze w branży wbudowanych półprzewodników. W ciągu dwóch poprzednich dekad pan Richard zajmował różne wyższe stanowiska kierownicze w Europie w wiodących spółkach branży IT, między innymi Wiceprezesa EMEA Klienów Strategicznych w Seagate Technology, oraz Wiceprezesa i Dyrektora Zarządzającego na Europę, Bliski Wschód oraz Afrykę w Conner Peripherals. Poprzednio zajmował on stanowisko Wiceprezesa ds. Marketingu w Metrologie International (Francja), oraz Dyrektora Generalnego w Informatique Haute Performance (Francja), spółce którą założył. Po przeprowadzce do USA w końcu lat dziewięćdziesiątych, pan Richard był Wicerezesem ds. Sprzedaży i Wsparcia WW Dystrybucji & E-Business, Grupy Technologicznej IBM, oraz był członkiem grupy czołowego kierownictwa IBM top 300. Ponadto pełnił rolę Wiceprezesa wykonawczego WW Field Operations w WebGain, prywatnej spółce softwarowej dostarczającej narzędzi rozwoju dla przedsiębiorstw. Następnie został zatrudniony w Advanced Micro Devices gdzie został Wiceprezesem Wykonawczym, Szefem Sprzedaży i Marketingu.

Pan Henri Richard nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie figuruje również w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.
