Under this agreement, ASBIS has acquired a network of 13 stationary Samsung Brand Store outlets in Poland. The transaction value amounted to 10 million euros and was financed from the company's own resources. Full integration of the Samsung Brand Store chain with the ASBIS Group is expected by the turn of the year.
The acquisition of the Samsung Brand Store network is part of ASBIS Group's strategy to develop a premium retail network in its local markets. ASBIS has extensive experience managing such stores for global brands. Currently, it operates 40 stores in 14 countries, including 33 Apple Premium Reseller stores (iSpace) in 7 countries and 7 Bang & Olufsen stores in 4 countries. Soon, three additional Bang & Olufsen stores will open in the United States.
