Q2 2026 was the strongest quarter in ASBIS’s history. Sales revenue grew by 79% year-on-year to nearly USD 1.7 billion (PLN 6.3 billion). Net profit in the same period increased more than 2.5 times compared with Q2 2025, reaching USD 44.3 million (PLN 163.2 million). Meanwhile, in H1 2026, Group sales revenue rose by 76% to almost USD 3.0 billion (PLN 10.8 billion), while net profit reached USD 80.6 million (PLN 294.4 million), up 315% year-on-year. After the first half of the year, the Group’s net profit was already nearly 34% higher than that for the entire 2025 financial year of USD 60.2 million.
The Group has secured a very large order book for the coming months, including the execution of several large server projects with a total value exceeding USD 860 million.
Serhei Kostevitch, CEO of ASBIS Group, commented: “We have closed not only the best second quarter, but the best quarter since the Company’s inception, in terms of both revenue and record profitability. H1 net profit is already nearly 34% higher than in the full previous year. These results are a remarkable achievement and proof that the Company was very well prepared for the AI revolution, and that its success was no accident. Our ambition for 2026 is to deliver the highest profitability in our history for our shareholders and build a solid foundation for further growth.”
Serhei Kostevitch, CEO of ASBIS Group, commented: “In every month of Q2 2026 we recorded impressive double-digit sales growth, breaking record after record, despite the ongoing war in Ukraine – one of our largest markets – and the tensions in the Middle East, which has continued since February this year. Moreover, in May and June 2026 we surpassed monthly revenue of USD 600 million for the first time in our 36-year history. This significant milestone was driven by multiple factors that the Group successfully leveraged: consistently building customer relationships and expanding our distribution infrastructure; steadily rising demand for AI data centers, now a core element of our sales offering; and an exceptionally strong smartphone segment, fueled by outstanding demand for new models across all markets. ASBIS continues to strengthen its position in the AI infrastructure ecosystem through partnerships with leading technology providers such as NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Micron, Seagate, Toshiba and Supermicro,” said Serhei Kostevitch, President of ASBIS Group.”

SALES BY REGION
The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) regions traditionally account for the largest share of Group revenues; this remained unchanged for the reporting period.
In H1 2026 and Q2 2026, revenue from the CIS region significantly increased, by 108.1% and 97.8% respectively, compared with the same periods in 2025. At the same time, sales from Western Europe and the “Other” region grew even more strongly. Growth was also recorded in Central and Eastern Europe. The Middle East and Africa region rebounded in Q2 2026, posting a 14.6% increase compared with Q2 2025.

SALES BY COUNTRY
A country-by-country analysis confirms the excellent growth rates achieved by the Group across almost all of its key markets.
Growth in the CIS region was driven primarily by a significant improvement in Kazakhstan (+83% in Q2 2026), Ukraine (+137% in Q2 2026), Azerbaijan (+111% in Q2 2026) and Uzbekistan (+627% in Q2 2026). Sales growth in the CIS region was mainly fueled by the execution of large AI server contracts, as well as strong sales of Apple products.
The conflict in the Middle East had a negative impact on our sales in the United Arab Emirates; nevertheless, in Q2 2026 we achieved a 29% growth compared with the same period last year.
Poland continues to develop dynamically, doubling its sales month after month and year after year. In both Q2 2026 and H1 2026, Poland recorded a significant growth of +51% and +57%, respectively, compared with the same periods of 2025. The best-selling product categories in Poland were processors, hard drives and SSDs.
