The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend has been set for 16 November 2026, while the dividend payment date will be 26 November 2026. The interim dividend will be paid on all of the Company’s 55,500,000 shares.
ASBIS has been sharing its profits with shareholders uninterruptedly since 2017 and has consistently paid interim dividends since 2018.
Serhei Kostevitch, CEO of ASBIS Group, commented: “This will be an exceptional and, in many respects, historic year for ASBIS. However, our dividend policy and our commitment to sharing our success with investors remain unchanged. We have been paying an interim dividend uninterruptedly since 2018, so it has now become a permanent part of our annual calendar. This time, we will pay the highest interim dividend in our history, while we reserve enough profitability to support our unprecedent growth opportunities. We are in excellent financial shape and have entered the final quarter of the year, which is, traditionally, the strongest period for our industry. We are well prepared for this period and believe that we will be able to finish the year by achieving new heights for our company.”
