ASBIS WILL PAY TWICE HIGHER INTERIM DIVIDEND THAN IN 2020

PRESS RELEASE -3 November 2021; Limassol, Cyprus, and Warsaw, Poland

ASBISc Enterprises Plc, a leading Value-Added Distributor, developer and supplier of IT and IoT products, solutions and services in the growing markets of Europe, Middle East and Africa, informed that on 3 November 2021 the Board of Directors of the Company adopted a resolution to pay shareholders the interim dividend from the Company's profit for 2021 in the total amount of USD 11,100,000. The interim dividend will cover all shares of the company, ie 55,500,000 shares, which represents a USD 0.20 per share payout. This dividend will be twice as high as the interim dividend paid to ASBIS shareholders a year earlier.

The record date for the shareholders to receive dividend was set on 18 November 2021 and the payment date on 2 December 2021. 

Serhei Kostevitch, President of the Management Board of ASBISc Enterprises Plc., commented:“We are always happy to share our success with our investors, especially in a year like this, where the success has been enormous. All indications show that this will be a record year for ASBIS, both in terms of revenues and profits. Our margins remain at historically high levels, and we are able to capitalize on all market opportunities given to us. We are already in the most intense period for our industry, i.e. Q4, which is in line with our expectations. That is why we decided to pay out twice as much interim dividend this year than the year before. With the current level of sales and with profits continuing to increase, our final dividend for 2021 may be record high.”
