Limassol, Cyprus. 21.10.2025 - ASBIS Group (WSE: ASB) - a leading Value Add Distributor, developer, and provider of ICT, IoT products, solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), according to preliminary estimates, generated consolidated revenues of approximately USD 332 million in September 2025, compared to USD 267 million in September 2024, which implies an increase of 25%.

Limassol, Cyprus. 1 October 2025. ASBIS Group (WSE: ASB) - a leading Value Add Distributor, developer, and provider of ICT, IoT products, solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), has acquired 100% of the shares of CPT Praha, a significant distributor of premium audio products in the Czech Republic. The purchase price amounted to USD 600,000, corresponding to the value of the acquired inventory. The acquiring party was a Czech company from the ASBIS Group – ASBIS CZ, and the transaction was completed with the company’s own funds.
