The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") in relation to Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19^th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal (“the Regulation”), hereby informs that the Company will publish its periodical reports in 2011 in the following dates:

Consolidated quarterly reports:
· Q4 2010 - February 23, 2011
· Q1 2011 - May 11, 2011
· Q3 2011 - November 9, 2011

Consolidated Half-year report:
· H1 2011 - August 10, 2011

Consolidated Annual Report:
· Consolidated annual report for 2010 - March 30, 2011

The Board of Directors informs that according to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation the Company resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q2 2011.

In the same time, according to § 83 sec. 1 and 3 and § 82 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will publish consolidated periodical reports and - as issuer with registered office in country other than Republic of Poland – the Company will not publish individual periodical reports.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("Spółka") w nawiązaniu do Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (“Rozporządzenie”), informuje, że Spółka będzie publikowała raporty okresowe w 2011 roku zgodnie z następującymi datami:

Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:
· za IV kw. 2010 roku - 23 lutego 2011
· za I kw. 2011 roku - 11 maja 2011
· za III kw. 2011 roku - 9 listopada 2011

Skonsolidowany raport półroczny:
· za I półrocze 2011 roku - 10 sierpnia 2011

Skonsolidowany raport roczny:
· Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2010 - 30 marca 2011

Rada Dyrektorów informuje, że zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka rezygnuje z publikacji raportu za II kwartał 2011 roku.

Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 83 ust. 1 i 3 oraz § 82 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że będzie publikowała skonsolidowane raporty okresowe i - jako emitent z siedzibą w państwie innym niż Rzeczpospolita Polska - nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów okresowych.
