The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") in relation to Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal (“the Regulation”), hereby informs that the Company will publish its periodical reports in 2013 in the following dates:

Consolidated quarterly reports:

-       Q4 2012 - February 27th, 2013

-       Q1 2013 - May 8th, 2013

-       Q3 2013 - November 7th, 2013

Consolidated Half-year report:

-       H1 2013 - August 7th, 2013

Consolidated Annual Report:

-       Consolidated annual report for 2012 - March 27th, 2013

The Board of Directors informs that according to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation the Company resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q2 2013. In the same time, according to § 83 sec. 1 and 3 and § 82 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will publish consolidated periodical reports and - as issuer with registered office in country other than Republic of Poland – the Company will not publish individual periodical reports.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("Spółka") w nawiązaniu do Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (“Rozporządzenie"), informuje, że Spółka będzie publikowała raporty okresowe w 2013 roku zgodnie z następującymi datami:

Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:

- za IV kw. 2012 roku - 27 lutego 2013

- za I kw. 2013 roku - 8 maja 2013

- za III kw. 2013 roku - 7 listopada 2013

Skonsolidowany raport półroczny:

- za I półrocze 2013 roku - 7 sierpnia 2013

Skonsolidowany raport roczny:

- Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2012 - 27 marca 2013

Rada Dyrektorów informuje, że zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka rezygnuje z publikacji raportu za II kwartał 2013 roku. Jednoczeńie, zgodnie z § 83 ust. 1 i 3 oraz § 82 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że będzie publikowała skonsolidowane raporty okresowe i - jako emitent z siedzibą w państwie innym niż Rzeczpospolita Polska - nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów okresowych.
