The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on May 14th, 2013 the Company received notification on the basis of art. 160 of Act on Trading on financial instruments from Mr. Siarhei Kostevitch, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company’s CEO, who informed that on May 13th, 2013 KS Holdings Ltd - entity related to him – sold a total number of 3,000,000 shares of the Company on the average price of PLN 4.00 per share. Transactions were conducted as package transactions outside the ordinary market session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC ("Emitent", "Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 14 maja 2013 roku do siedziby Spółki wpłynęło zawiadomienie w trybie art. 160 ustawy o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi od Pana Siarhei Kostevitch, Przewodniczącego Rady Dyrektorów i Dyrektora Generalnego Spółki, który poinformował o dokonaniu w dniu 13 maja 2013 roku przez KS Holdings Ltd – podmiot z nim powiązany - transakcji sprzedaży łącznie 3.000.000 akcji Spółki po średniej cenie 4.00 zł za akcję. Transakcje zostały przeprowadzone jako transakcje pakietowe poza zwykłą sesją GPW.
