According to accepted corporate governance rules the Board of Directors of ASBISC Enterprises Plc (“the Company”) hereby informs about new distribution agreements signed by the Company in the period between 1 July 2008 and 13 November 2008.

On overall in the reported period the Company has signed 19 new distribution agreements with 5 different IT vendors (including: Dell, Brightpoint, Microsoft, CNT and LG Electronics) for distribution of their products in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

In the Board of Directors opinion signed agreements may have significant influence on the Company financial results.

Zgodnie z przyjętymi zasadami ładu korporacyjnego Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości informację o kontraktach dystrybucyjnych podpisanych przez spółkę w okresie od 1 lipca 2008 roku do 13 listopada 2008 roku.

Ogółem w raportowanym okresie Spółka podpisała 19 kontraktów dystrybucyjnych z 5 różnymi producentami sprzętu IT (w tym: Dell, Brightpoint, Microsoft, CNT oraz LG Electronics) na dystrybucję ich produktów w Rosji, krajach Europy Środkowo Wschodniej, Środkowego Wschodu i Afryki.

W ocenie Rady Dyrektorów Spółki podpisane kontrakty mogą mieć istotny wpływ na wyniki finansowe osiągane przez Spółkę.
