The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“the Company”), in relation to current report no 1/2009 from January 2^nd, 2009, and in relation to Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19^th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal (“the Regulation”), hereby informs about the updated dates of publication of interim reports in 2009.

Consolidated quarterly reports:

For Q4 2009 – February 27^th, 2009 (published)

For Q1 2009 – May 6^th, 2009 (published)

For Q3 2009 – November 10^th, 2009

Consolidated half-year report:

For H1 2009 – August 12^th, 2009

Consolidated annual report:

For 2008 – March 30^th, 2009 (published)

The Board of Directors informs that according to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation it resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q2 2009.

Additionally, according to § 83 sec. 1 and 3 and § 82 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will publish consolidated interim reports, and as foreign company, it will not publish individual interim reports.

 Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2009 z dnia 2 stycznia 2009 roku, oraz w nawiązaniu do Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (“Rozporządzenie”), informuje o zaktualizowanych datach publikacji raportów okresowych w 2009 roku.

Skonsolidowane raproty kwartalne:

Za IV kwartał 2008 – 27 lutego 2009 (opublikowany)

Za I kwartał 2009 – 6 maja 2009 (opublikowany)

Za III kwartał 2009 – 10 listopada 2009

Skonsolidowany raport półroczny:

Za I półrocze 2009 – 12 sierpnia 2009

Skonsolidowany raport roczny:

Za rok 2008 – 30 marca 2009 (opublikowany)

Zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka rezygnuje z publikacji raportu za II kwartał 2009 roku.

Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 83 ust. 1 i 3 oraz § 82 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że będzie publikować raporty skonsolidowane, a jako spółka zagraniczna, nie będzie publikować raportów jednostkowych.
