Title: An application for deregistration of an inactive subsidiary

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PlC ("the Issuer", "the Company") hereby informs that on September 6th, 2013 it has received information that formal application regarding deregistration of one of the Issuer's subsidiaries in Slovenia - E.M.EURO-MALL d.o.o. (former ISA Hardware s.r.o Slovenia) with its registered office in Ljubljana, Slovenia has been filled with the appropriate court on August 24th, 2013.
Decision on filling the above mentioned application has been made due to the fact that this subsidiary was inactive and was not delivering any turnover nor profits to the Group. Therefore deregistration of this subsidiary will simplify the Group's structure and decrease its administrative expenses.
In the same time the Company informs, that its activities in Slovenia will be conducted without any change, through other subsidiary of the Issuer - Asbis Slovenia d.o.o (Trzin, Slovenia).

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PlC ("Emitent", "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 6 września 2013 otrzymała informację o złożeniu w dniu 24 sierpnia 2013 r. do właściwego sądu formalnego wniosku w sprawie wyrejestrowania jednej ze spółek zależnych Emitenta w Słowenii - E.M.EURO-MALL d.o.o. (dawniej ISA Hardware s.r.o Słowenia) z siedzibą w Ljubljanie w Słowenii.
Decyzja o złożeniu ww. wniosku została podjęta w związku z faktem, iż przedmiotowa spółka zależna była niekatywna i nie generowała dla Grupy żadnych obrotów ani zysków. W związku z tym wyrejestrowanie tej spółki zależnej uprości strukturę Grupy oraz obniży koszty ogólnego zarządu.
Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że jej działalność w Słowenii będzie kontynuowana bez żadnych zmian, tj. przez drugą spółkę zależną Emitenta - Asbis Slovenia d.o.o (Trzin, Słowenia).
