The Board of Directors of Asbisc Enterprises Plc ("the Issuer", "the Company") hereby inform that on December 17th, 2014 it has received information about registration by the Companies House on December 9th, 2014 of its new subsidiary in the UK - ASBIS UK LTD (Hounslow, England) with a capital of 1000 British Pounds. The subsidiary was incorporated in order to develop trading activities in the UK and Ireland.
