Subject: Change of a subsidiary name

Message:

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc („the Company“, „the Issuer“) hereby informs that on December 16th, 2013 it has received information about registration of change of name of the Issuer’s subsidiary AS Asbis-Baltik (Tallin, Estonia) to ASBIS Estonia AS in Commercial Register of Estonia.

This change has only technical character and is connected with development of business in Estonia and with the Issuer’s pursue for better recognition of the Company in specific countries. It will not have any impact on the subsidiary‘s operations in Estonia – since the Company’s subsidiary under new name will make the same operations.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka“, „Emitent“) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 16 grudnia 2013 roku otrzymała informację o rejestracji zmiany nazwy spółki zależnej Emitenta - AS Asbis-Baltik (Tallin, Estonia) na ASBIS Estonia AS w rejestrze handlowym Estonii.

Zmiana ta ma jedynie techniczny charakter i jest związana z rozwojem działalności w Estonii oraz dążeniem Emitenta do uzyskania lepszej rozpoznawalności Spółki w poszczególnych krajach. Nie będzie ona miała żadnego wpływu na działalność Spółki w Estonii – jako że spółka zależna pod nową nazwą będzie realizować te same działania.
