The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC ("the Company") hereby announces that Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, that was held on May 24th, 2012 reelected Messrs Efstathios Papadakis and Kyriacos Christofi to the Board of Directors.

Efstathios Papadakis joined the Group in 2009. His career includes a number of positions related to business and public administration. Since 1962 he was involved in the petroleum business. Then he served as a member of the Board of Directors' of many Cyprus private and public companies, including KEO (Vice President), Amathus Navigation, Orphanides Supermarkets, A.S.G. and Phil. Andreou. He served as a Minister of Labour and Social Insurance Ministry (1997-1998) and a president of the CYTA Board of Directors (2000-2003). He also served on the BOD of Limassol’s Chamber Of Commerce and on the Cyprus Commercial and Industrial Chamber centre of productivity. From the 1st of January 2009 he is a member of the Temporary Managing Committee of the Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK). He also served as an Officer in Civil Defence and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Eurodemocracy and is a member of many charitable institutions. He graduated from the University of Economics and Commerce, Athens.

According to Mr. Efstathios Papadakis’ declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises PLC. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.



Kyriacos Christofi joined the Group in 2009. Currently he is a Chairman of the Health Insurance Organization in Cyprus (since 2005). He is also a chairman and a member of the Boards at several institutions, including Radio and Television Committee (chairman), Air Transport Licensing Authority (chairman) and the Cyprus Development Bank (member). Previously he was Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (1995-1997) and for fourteen years (1982-1995) Director-General in Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and Communications and Works in Cyprus. His fifty two years career includes a number of positions related to government and international activities, including representing Cyprus on the Second Committee of the U.N. General Assembly at its four sessions in a row. He headed a number of Delegations on bilateral trade and other relations, participated in the Commonwealth Round Table on International Trade Strategies, and was also a member of the Cyprus Delegation to the Commonwealth Heads of State and Government meeting. He graduated with distinction from the American University of Beirut with a B.A. degree in Political Science and Public Administration.

According to Mr. Kyriacos Christofi’ declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises PLC. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka") informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 24 maja 2012, wybrało ponownie do Rady Dyrektorów Panów: Efstathios Papadakis oraz Kyriacos Christofi.

Efstathios Papadakis dołączył do firmy w 2009 roku. Kariera pana Papadakisa obejmuje szereg pozycji związanych z biznesem i administracją publiczną. Od 1962 roku był związany z przemysłem paliwowym. Następnie sprawował funkcję członka Rady Dyrektorów wielu prywatnych i publicznych firm na Cyprze, włączając KEO (Wiceprezydent), Amathus Navigation, Orphanides Supermarkets, A.S.G. oraz Phil. Andreou. Był Ministrem Pracy i Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (1997-1998) oraz prezydentem Rady Dyrektorów CYTA (2000-2003). Sprawował funkcję członka Rady Dyrektorów Izby Handlowej w Limassol oraz Centrum produktywności Cyprysjkiej Izby  Handlu i Przemysłu. Od 1 stycznia 2009 jest członkiem Tymczasowego Komitetu Zarządzającego Cypryjskiego Uniwersytetu Technologicznego (TEPAK). Był Oficerem Obrony Cywilnej oraz członkiem Rady Dyrektorów Instytutu Eurodemokracji. Jest członkiem wielu instytucji charytatywnych. Ukończył Uniwersytet Ekonomii i Handlu w Atenach. 

Zgodnie z deklaracją Pana Efstathios Papadakis, nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Kyriacos Christofi dołączył do firmy w 2009 roku. Aktualnie jest przewodniczącym Organizacji Ubezpieczeń Zdrowotnych na Cyprze (od 2005 roku). Jest również przewodniczącym i członkiem rad w szeregu instytucji, włączając Komitet ds. Radia i Telewizji (przewodniczący), Urzędu ds. licencji w transporcie lotniczym (przewodniczący) oraz Cypryjskiego Banku Rozwoju (członek rady).
Wcześniej był Ministrem Handlu, Przemysłu i Turystyki (1995-1997) oraz przez czternaście lat (1982-1995) piastował stanowisko Dyrektora Generalnego Ministerstwa Interioru, Ministerstwa Handlu, Przemysłu i Turystyki oraz Komunikacji i Pracy na Cyprze. Jego pięćdziesięciodwuletnia kariera obejmuje również szereg pozycji związanych z działalnością rządową i międzynarodową, wliczając reprezentację Cypru na czterech z rzędu sesjach Drugiego Komitetu Zgromadzenia Generalnego Narodów Zjednoczonych. Przewodniczył szeregowi delegacji w sprawach handlu bilateralnego i innych, uczestniczył w obradach Okrągłego Stołu Wspólnoty Narodów ds. Strategii Handlu Międzynarodowego, był również członkiem delegacji Cypru na spotkanie szefów państw i rządów Wspólnoty Narodów. Ukończył z wyróżnieniem American University of Beirut z tytułem licencjata Nauk Politycznych i Administracji Publicznej. 

Zgodnie z deklaracją Pana Kyriacos Christofi, nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.
