According to § 103 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and on condition of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal, the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC ("the Company", “the Issuer”) hereby informs about change of the publication date of the Consolidated Interim Report for Q1 2016 from May 5th, 2016 (as scheduled in current report no 1/2016 from January 7th, 2016) to May 12th, 2016. The reason for this change has to do solely with the Orthodox Easter Holidays which coincide with the original publication of the report. This change will give the necessary time for all information to be duly prepared.

Na podstawie § 103 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim Rada Dyrektorow ASBISc Enterprises PLC ("Spółka", “Emitent”) informuje o zmianie daty publikacji Skonsolidowanego Raportu Kwartalnego za I kw. 2016 z 5 maja 2016 r. (jak zostało wskazane w raporcie bieżącym nr 1/2016 z dnia 7 stycznia 2016 r.) na 12 maja 2016 r. Powodem tej zmiany jest wyłącznie termin prawosławnych Świąt Wielkanocnych zbiegający się z pierwotną datą publikacji raportu. Zmiana pozwoli uzyskać czas niezbędny do przygotowania informacji w wymagany sposób.
