Title: Board of Directors’ decision on publication of monthly estimated consolidated revenues

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc („the Company”, „the Issuer”) hereby informs that it has adopted a resolution on anouncing information about estimated monthly consolidated revenues of the Issuer.

This resolution will be in place, beginning from April 2017, and wil be announced to the public by the 22nd day of the next month and will consist of information on revenues for the preceeding month (i.e., by the 22nd of April 2017 the Company will announce its estimated consolidated revenues for March 2017).

Following a Board of Directors’ decision, the first report will be by the 22nd of April 2017 and will contain information about the estimated consolidated revenues for the first quarter of 2017. It is the Board of Directors’ opinion that this will allow investors and other stakeholders to compare presented data to historical data and also provide for an improved perspective in evaluating the Company’s performance.

The Board of Directors have decided to publish the estimated amount of consolidated monthly revenues following its policy to become even more transparent to the public.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka”, „Emitent”) niniejszym informuje, że przyjęła uchwałę o publikacji informacji o szacunkowych miesięcznych skonsolidowanych przychodach Emitenta.

Uchwała wchodzi w życie począwszy od kwietnia 2017 roku, a informacja będzie ogłaszana publicznie do 22 dnia kolejnego miesiąca i będzie zawierała informację o przychodach za miesiąc poprzedni (np. do 22 kwietnia 2017 Spółka ogłosi szacunkowe skonsolidowane przychody za marzec 2017 roku).

Zgodnie z decyzją Rady Dyrektorów, pierwszy raport zostanie opublikowany do 22 kwietnia i będzie zawierał informację o szacunkowych skonsolidowanych przychodach za pierwszy kwartał 2017 roku. W opinii Rady Dyrektorów pozwoli to inwestorom i wszelkim innym interesariuszom porównać prezentowane dane z informacjami historycznymi oraz da lepszą perspektywę do oceny działalności Spółki.

Rada Dyrektorów zdecydowała o publikacji szacunkowej kwoty skonsolidowanych miesięcznych przychodów w związku ze swoją polityką stawania się Spółki jeszcze bardziej transparentną dla opinii publicznej.
