According to § 103 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and on condition of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal, the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC ("the Company", “the Issuer”) hereby informs about change of the publication date of the Annual Report for 2013 from March 27th, 2014 (as scheduled in current report no 1/2014 from January 2nd, 2014) to March 31st, 2014.
