The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Issuer", "the Company") in relation to current report 15/2014 from July 9th, 2014 hereby informs that on June 9th, 2015 it has received information that on April 13th, 2015 its inactive subsidiary ASBIS Taiwan (New Taipei City, Taiwan) has been finally deregistered from the proper registry. This was a result of the Company‘s aplication from 2014, that was filled due to the fact that this subsidiary was inactive and the Issuer’s operations in Asia are conducted through other entities. Therefore, closure of this subsidiary will not have any impact on the Issuer’s operations.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Emitent“, „Spółka“) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego 15/2014 z dnia 9 lipca 2014 informuje, że w dniu 9 czerwca 2015 otrzymała informację, iż w dniu 13 kwietnia 2015 roku jej nieaktywna spółka zależna ASBIS Taiwan (New Taipei City, Taiwan) – została ostatecznie wyrejestrowana z odpowiedniego rejestru. Było to rezultatem wniosku Spółki z 2014 roku, który został złożony w związku z faktem, iż ta spółka zależna była nieaktywna i działalność Emitenta w Azji jest realizowana przez inne podmioty. W związku z tym zamknięcie tej spółki zależnej nie będzie miało żadnego wpływu na działalność Emitenta.
