Subject: Appointment of a new Non- Executive Director

The Board of Directors of ASBISC Enterprises Plc (the “Company”) hereby informs, that today Mr. Henri Richard has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Henri Richard graduated from the Master Programme in Sciences and Physics at the University Paris Jussieu. He is currently a Senior Vice President, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Freescale Semiconductor, a world leader in the embedded semi-conductor industry.

During the past two decades, Mr. Richard has held various senior management positions in Europe with leading companies in the IT industry, including Vice President-EMEA Strategic Accounts with Seagate Technology , and Vice President and Managing Director-Europe, Middle East and Africa for Conner Peripherals . Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing with Metrologie International (France), and Chief Executive Officer with Informatique Haute Performance (France), a company he founded . Since his move to the United States in the late nineties, Mr. Richard was Vice President Sales & Support WW Distribution & E-Business, IBM Technology Group, and was a member of IBM's top 300 executives group. He also was Executive Vice President, WW Field Operations for WebGain, a privately held software company delivering Enterprise development tools. Later he joined Advanced Micro Devices where he became Executive Vice President, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

Mr. Henri Richard does not conduct any activities which may compete with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He is not entered into Doubtful Debtors Registry.

The legal grounds: § 5 section 1 point 22 of the Ordinance of the Finance Minister dated 19 October 2005, concerning current and periodical reports to be prepared by securities’ issuers and Article 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act dated 29 July 2005, on public offering and conditions of listing financial instruments on an organized system of trade and on public companies.

Tytuł: Powołanie nowego Dyrektora niewykonawczego

Zarząd ASBISC Enterprises Plc (“Spółka”) niniejszym informuje że w dniu dzisiejszym Pan Henri Richard został powołany na stanowisko Dyrektora niewykonawczego w Zarządzie Spółki. Pan Henri Richard ukończył Uniwersytet Paris Jussieu z tytułem magistra Nauk Ścisłych i Fizyki. Obecnie zajmuje stanowisko Wiceprezesa, Szefa Sprzedaży i Marketingu w Freescale Semiconductor, światowym liderze w branży wbudowanych półprzewodników.

W ciągu dwóch poprzednich dekad pan Richard zajmował różne wyższe stanowiska kierownicze w Europie w wiodących spółkach branży IT, między innymi Wiceprezesa EMEA Klienów Strategicznych w Seagate Technology, oraz Wiceprezesa i Dyrektora Zarządzającego na Europę, Bliski Wschód oraz Afrykę w Conner Peripherals. Poprzednio zajmował on stanowisko Wiceprezesa ds. Marketingu w Metrologie International (Francja), oraz Dyrektora Generalnego w Informatique Haute Performance (Francja), spółce którą założył. Po przeprowadzce do USA w końcu lat dziewięćdziesiątych, pan Richard był Wicerezesem ds. Sprzedaży i Wsparcia WW Dystrybucji & E-Business, Grupy Technologicznej IBM, oraz był członkiem grupy czołowego kierownictwa IBM top 300. Ponadto pełnił rolę Wiceprezesa wykonawczego WW Field Operations w WebGain, prywatnej spółce softwarowej dostarczającej narzędzi rozwoju dla przedsiębiorstw. Następnie został zatrudniony w Advanced Micro Devices gdzie został Wiceprezesem Wykonawczym, Szefem Sprzedaży i Marketingu.

Pan Henri Richard nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie figuruje również w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust. 1 pkt 22 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 października 2005 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz art. 56 ust.1 pkt 2 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego sytemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych.
