Message:

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the year 2023: 

Consolidated quarterly reports: 

• Q4 2022 - February 23rd, 2023
• Q1 2023 - May 11th, 2023
• Q3 2023 - November 9th, 2023 

Consolidated semi-annual report:

• H1 2023 - August 10th, 2023 

Consolidated annual report:

• Consolidated annual report for 2022 - March 30th, 2023.  

The Board of Directors informs that according to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance from March 29th, 2018 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal ("the Regulation") the Company resigns from the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2023. 

At the same time, according to § 60(3) of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will publish consolidated periodic reports and - as an issuer with registered office in a country other than the Republic of Poland - the Company will not publish individual periodic reports.

Treść raportu:

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje o terminach publikacji raportów okresowych w 2023 roku:  

Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: 

• za IV kw. 2022 roku - 23 lutego 2023 r.
• za I kw. 2023 roku - 11 maja 2023 r.
• za III kw. 2023 roku - 9 listopada 2023 r. 

Skonsolidowany raport półroczny:

• za I półrocze 2023 roku - 10 sierpnia 2023 r. 

Skonsolidowany raport roczny:

• Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2022 rok - 30 marca 2023 r.  

Rada Dyrektorów informuje, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), Spółka rezygnuje z publikacji skonsolidowanego raportu za II kwartał 2023 roku. 

Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że będzie publikowała skonsolidowane raporty okresowe i - jako emitent z siedzibą w państwie innym niż Rzeczpospolita Polska - nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów okresowych.
