The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc („the Company”) hereby informs that in order to execute Resolution no. 1 of the EGM from March 28th, 2022, the Company during market sessions between 31st March – 4th April 2022, purchased a total number of 90,000 own shares. 

The average unit price of the purchase was PLN 13.43 per share. 

The nominal value per share is USD 0.20 for 1 share. 

The purchased package is 0.162% of share capital and gives 90,000 votes (0.162%) at the AGM. 

After this transaction, the Company has a total of 90,000 own shares, representing 0.162% of share capital and giving 90,000 votes 0.162%at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka") informuje, iż celem wykonania Uchwały nr 1 NWZA z dnia 28 marca 2022 r. Spółka podczas sesji giełdowych w dniach 31 marca - 4 kwietnia 2022 r. dokonała nabycia łącznie 90 000 szt. akcji własnych.

Średnia jednostkowa cena zakupu wyniosła 13,43 zł za akcję. 

Wartość nominalna jednej akcji wynosi 0,20 USD za 1 akcję. 

Nabyty pakiet stanowi 0,162% kapitału zakładowego i daje 90 000 głosów (0,162%) na WZA. 

Po powyższej transakcji Spółka posiada łącznie   90 000 sztuk akcji własnych, stanowiących 0,162% kapitału zakładowego i dających 90 000 głosów (0,162%) na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy.
