The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby informs that the entity named below was the shareholder representing at least 5% of the number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company („the AGM”) held on May 10th, 2023:KS Holdings Ltd which was entitled under shares held in the Company to 20,443,127 votes at the AGM, which accounted for 89.01% of the total number of votes present at the AGM and for 36.83% of the total number of votes in the Company as of the date of the AGM. 

At the Annual General Meeting of ASBISc Enterprises Plc 22,968,463 shares were represented.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy Spółki ("ZWZA”), które odbyło się w dniu 10 maja 2023 r., akcjonariuszem posiadającym co najmniej 5% głosów na ZWZA była Spółka KS Holdings Ltd., której przysługiwało 20.443.127 głosów z posiadanych akcji, co stanowiło 89.01% liczby głosów na ZWZA oraz odpowiadało 36,83% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce na dzień ZWZA.

Na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy ASBISc Enterprises Plc reprezentowanych było łącznie 22.968.463 akcji.
