Message: The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby informs that the entity named below was the shareholder representing at least 5% of the number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company („the AGM”) held on May 5th, 2021:KS Holdings Ltd which was entitled under shares held in the Company to 20,401,361 votes at the AGM, which accounted for 87.65% of the total number of votes present at the AGM and for 36.76% of the total number of votes in the Company as of the date of the AGM. 

At the Annual General Meeting of ASBISc Enterprises Plc 23,276,687 shares were represented.

Treść raportu: Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc  („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy Spółki  ("WZA”), które odbyło się w dniu 05 maja 2021 r., akcjonariuszem posiadającym co najmniej 5% głosów na WZA była Spółka KS Holdings Ltd, której przysługiwało 20.401.361 głosów z posiadanych akcji, co stanowiło 87,65% liczby głosów na WZA oraz odpowiadało 36,76% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce na dzień WZA.

Na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy ASBISc Enterprises Plc reprezentowanych było łącznie 23.276.687 akcji.
