The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc hereby informs, that on July 12th, 2019 Atlantech Ltd with its registered office in Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E - subsidiary company of ASBIS signed an agreement according to which acquired 100% shares of a total nominal value of BYN 10,822.17 (USD 5,320.63) in AVECTIS ALC with its registered office in Minsk (Belarus).

Price for the purchased shares was BYN 1,166,909.69 (USD 573,701.91).

The acquired shares were financed from own funds.

AVECTIS ALC is a leading developer and a systems integrator in the Belarusian market in the field of control automation, security and other essential services for technological and infrastructure facilities.

The acquisition of AVECTIS ALC is another step towards the implementation of the ASBIS Group strategy to achieve a strong presence in the most promising IT segment - the corporate IT solutions and services.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 12 lipca 2019 roku spółka zależna od ASBIS - Atlantech Ltd z siedzibą w Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich zawarła umowę nabycia 100% udziałów o łącznej wartości nominalnej 10.822,17 rubli białoruskich (5.320,63 USD) spółki AVECTIS ALC z siedzibą w Mińsku (Białoruś).

Cena nabycia ww. udziałów wyniosła 1.166.909,69 rubli białoruskich (573.701,91 USD).

Źródłem finansowania nabytych udziałów są środki własne Atlantech.

AVECTIS ALC jest wiodącym na rynku białoruskim developerem i integratorem systemów w dziedzinie automatyzacji sterowania, bezpieczeństwa oraz profesjonalnych usług wsparcia dla obiektów technologicznych i infrastrukturalnych.

Przejęcie AVECTIS ALC jest kolejnym krokiem w realizacji strategii Grupy ASBIS, tj. silnej obecności w najbardziej obiecującym segmencie IT - rozwiązaniach i usługach IT dla klienta korporacyjnego.
