The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc („the Company”) hereby informs that in order to execute Resolution no. 1 of the EGM from March 28th, 2022, the Company during market sessions between 20th May – 26th May 2022, purchased a total number of 25,000 own shares. 

The average unit price of the purchase was PLN 12.66 per share. 

The nominal value per share is USD 0.20 for 1 share. 

The purchased package is 0.045% of share capital and gives 25,000 votes (0.045%) at the AGM. 

After this transaction, the Company has a total of 180,000 own shares, representing 0.324% of share capital and giving 180,000 votes 0.324%at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises PLC (“Spółka") informuje, iż celem wykonania Uchwały nr 1 NWZA z dnia 28 marca 2022 r. Spółka podczas sesji giełdowych w dniach 20 maja - 26 maja 2022 r. nabyła łącznie 25 000 szt. akcji własnych.  

Średnia jednostkowa cena zakupu wyniosła 12,66 zł za akcję. 

Wartość nominalna jednej akcji wynosi 0,20 USD za 1 akcję. 

Nabyty pakiet stanowi 0,045% kapitału zakładowego i daje 25 000 głosów (0,045%) na WZA. 

Po powyższej transakcji Spółka posiada łącznie 180 000 sztuk akcji własnych, stanowiących 0,324% kapitału zakładowego i dających 180 000 głosów (0,324%) na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy.
