Message: The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby informs that Mr Chris Pavlou - non-executive Director of the Company, has resigned from his position with the effective date of March 26th, 2019 for personal reasons.
His resignation was approved by the Company's Board of Directors.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Chris Pavlou his valuable contribution to ASBIS during his presence on the Board.
The Company wishes Mr Chris Pavlou all success in his future endeavors.
The Company will inform who will be taking the position of non-executive Director in due course.
