The Board of Directors of ASBISC Enterprises Plc informs that following the successful listing of Asbis Enterprises PLC on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in October 2007, the Company has decided to cancel its AIM listing with effect from 18th March 2008 in order to consolidate all liquidity to a single exchange.

The Board of Directors of ASBISC Enterprises Plc ("Company"), hereby informs that following the successful listing of Asbis Enterprises PLC on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in October 2007, the Company has decided to cancel its AIM listing with effect from 18th March 2008 in order to consolidate all liquidity to a single exchange.
The Company’s ordinary shares trade and will continue to trade on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw (Bloomberg ticker - ASB PW, WSE ticker - ASB). UK holders of the Company’s ordinary shares can trade through any member broker of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including appropriate UK Brokers, subject to certain procedural requirements.
The company would like to express its gratitude to AIM for the support they have shown to ASBIS during its short listing on the market.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("Spółka"), informuje iż w następstwie udanego wprowadzenia akcji ASBISc Enterprises Plc do obrotu na Warszawskiej Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w październiku 2007 r., Spółka podjęła decyzję o wycofaniu akcji Spółki z obrotu na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Londynie (AIM) z dniem 18 marca 2008 r. w celu skonsolidowania całego obrotu akcjami Spółki na jednym rynku giełdowym.
Akcje zwykłe Spółki znajdują się i będą znajdowały się w obrocie publicznym na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie (kod Bloomberg - ASB PW, kod GPW - ASB). Posiadacze akcji Spółki, będący rezydentami Zjednoczonego Królestwa, mogą dokonywać obrotu akcjami na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie za pośrednictwem dowolnego biura maklerskiego będącego członkiem Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie, włączając licencjonowane domy maklerskie w Zjednoczonym Królestwie, przy adekwatnych zachowaniu wymogów proceduralnych.
Spółka pragnie podziękować Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Londynie za pomoc udzieloną ASBISc Enterteiment Plc w trakcie jej krótkiego notowania na rynku.
