Subject: Correction of the quarterly report for the period ended 30 September 2007

The Board of Directors of ASBISC Enterprises Plc (the “Company”) hereby informs, that there were certain transposition errors in its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2007 reported on 9 November 2007. The changes should be as follows:

1. The unaudited consolidated balance sheet, line “other current assets” was 4,316,130 and should be 4,361,130 (page 2 of the unaudited consolidated financial statements)
2. Note 9 to the unaudited consolidated financial statements, line “other debtors and prepayments” was 2,416,836 and should be 2,716,836 (page 7 of the unaudited consolidated financial statements).
3. Note 9 to the unaudited consolidated financial statements, summing up line was 4,316,130 and should be 4,361,130 (page 7 of the unaudited consolidated financial statements).

The corrected quarterly report for the period ended 30 September 2007 will be published on the company’s website www.asbis.com as of today.

Tytuł: Korekta raportu kwartalnego za okres zakończony 30 września 2007 r.

Rada Dyrektorów ASBISC Enterprises Plc (“Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, iż raport kwartalny za okres zakończony 30 września 2007 r. a opublikowany 9 listopada 2007 r. zawierał błędy pisarskie. Korekty wprowadzone do raportu przedstawione zostały poniżej:

1. Niezbadany skonsolidowany bilans, linia “pozostałe aktywa obrotowe”, było: 4.316.130, powinno być: 4.361.130 (strona 2 niezbadanego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego);
2. Nota 9 do niezbadanego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego, linia “pozostałe należności i zaliczki”, było: 2.416.836, powinno być: 2.716.836 (strona 7 niezbadanego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego);
3. Nota 9 do niezbadanego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego, linia sumująca, było: 4.316.130, powinno być: 4.361.130 (strona 7 niezbadanego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego).

Skorygowany raport kwartalny za okres zakończony 30 września 2007 r. zostanie opublikowany na stronie internetowej Spółki (www.asbis.com)
