Legal basis: § 100 Section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of October 19, 2005 on Current and Periodical Information Provided by Issuers of Securities (Dz. U. No. 209, Item 1744) (the "Ordinance") in conjunction with Article 56 Section 1 Clause 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on the Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539, as amended).
ASBISc Enterprises Plc (the "Company") hereby gives notice that an extended consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2007 will be published on 9 November 2007.
The Company represents that pursuant to § 86 Section 3 of the Ordinance, being a foreign entity, it submits consolidated periodical reports prepared in accordance with the IAS (as defined in the Ordinance) and does not publish individual financial statements.
