AI BOOM ELEVATES ASBIS TO BEST QUARTER IN ITS HISTORY

ASBIS Group, a leading value-added distributor, developer, and provider of ICT and IoT products, solutions, and services in fast-growing markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), delivered the strongest quarter in its history, setting new records for both revenues and profitability. Sales revenues in Q1 2026 surged 72% to nearly USD 1.3 billion (PLN 4.6 billion). In the same period, the Group's net profit grew almost fivefold year-on-year to USD 36.3 million (PLN 131.5 million).

During the period, ASBIS achieved a strong gross profit margin expansion to 8.62%, up from 7.0% in Q1 2025 and 7.88% in Q4 2025. The margin improvement was driven by robust demand for AI infrastructure products, supply limitations in specific product segments, enhanced product offering, and the Group's increased capacity to sell more products through existing channels.

OTHER IMPORTANT EVENTS IN Q1 2026:

  • Geographic Sales Structure:
    • The CIS region maintained the largest share of Group revenues (over 39%).
    • Ukraine was the largest country by sales within the ASBIS Group.
    • Poland ranked 7th among the Group's top 10 sales countries with revenues of USD 66 million (up 63% year-on-year).
  • Record Dividend – ASBIS continued its dividend policy. On May 6th, 2026, the Shareholders' Meeting resolved to pay a final dividend for 2025 of USD 0.35 per share. Combined with the interim dividend of USD 0.20 per share paid in November 2025, the total dividend from 2025 profits will amount to USD 0.55 per share.
  • ASBIS successfully integrated the Samsung stores network with its own systems. The integration process ensures unified financial reporting, centralized inventory management, and harmonized retail operations.

Serhei Kostevitch, CEO of ASBIS Group, commented: "We have completed the best quarter in our history. Not only the best Q1, but the best quarter since our inception. Once again, we have proven our strength and ability to adapt to new market conditions and seize all emerging opportunities. We believe that extensive investments in AI infrastructure will remain the key growth driver in 2026 and beyond. We see attractive development opportunities in new African markets such as Algeria, Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, as well as in the Saudi Arabian market. We plan additional investments in further developing Breezy our trade-in business, which is already performing very well and our own brands. We look forward to the coming months of 2026 with confidence and optimism."
