ASBIS will pay a hefty dividend for the eighth consecutive year

ASBIS Group (WSE: ASB) - a leading Value Add Distributor, developer, and provider of ICT, IoT products, solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), may pay out its shareholders a dividend that could equal the record dividend for 2023. This will be the eighth consecutive year that ASBIS has shared profits with its shareholders.

Company announced that the Board of Directors of ASBISC ENTERPRISES PLC decided today to recommend to the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the payment of the final dividend from profits for 2024 in the amount of USD 0.30 per share. This means that, together with the interim dividend paid in December, the amount of dividend from profits for 2024 may amount to USD 0.50 per share. In total, the company may pay out USD 27.75 million to investors.

On December 5, 2024, the Company paid shareholders an interim dividend of USD 0.20 per share from 2024 net profit.
