ASBIS DELIVERS STRONG REVENUES IN MAY DESPITE THE CONTINUATION OF THE WAR AND IS IN LINE WITH FORECAST

PRESS RELEASE - 21 June 2022; Limassol, Cyprus, and Warsaw, Poland

ASBISc Enterprises Plc, a leading Value-Added Distributor, developer and supplier of IT and IoT products, solutions and services in the growing markets of Europe, Middle East and Africa, according to the preliminary estimations, in May 2022 had consolidated revenues at the level of approx. USD 168 million, compared to USD 215 million in May 2021.

Costas Tziamalis, Deputy CEO of ASBIS Group, commented:“Revenues in May 2022 are in line with the plans and our expectations. As previously reported, May is historically one of the weakest months of the year in terms of sales in our industry. We are currently focusing on profitability and further concentration of operations on markets that have not been our priority so far. We also see a significant increase in sales in Ukraine, which makes us optimistic about further activities in this country. We believe that we have taken into account all the risks associated with our business, and unless the geopolitical situation, dramatically worsens, our financial forecast for 2022 is not at risk”.
