ASBISC ENTERPRISES PLC (WSE: ASB), a leading Value Add Distributor, developer, and provider of ICT, IoT products, Robotic solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), closed a very good third quarter of 2025, generating dynamic growth in financial results. Revenues in Q3 2025 increased by 29%, reaching USD 929.5 million (PLN 3.4 billion). In the same period, the Group's net profit amounted to USD 11.6 million (PLN 42.8 million), which was 23% higher than in the corresponding period of the previous year.

ASBIS Group (WSE: ASB) - a leading Value Add Distributor, developer, and provider of ICT, IoT products, solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), has completed the construction of a new 20,000 m² logistics and warehouse facility in Kazakhstan. This expansion increases the warehouse space of ASBIS Group’s local distribution centers by around 20%, bringing the total area to 60,000 m². It worth mentioning that, each local subsidiary operates its own warehouse facilities to ensure continuous supply to their local customers.

ASBIS Group (WSE: ASB) - a leading Value Add Distributor, developer, and provider of ICT, IoT products, solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), has acquired 100% of the shares of CPT Praha, a significant distributor of premium audio products in the Czech Republic. The purchase price amounted to USD 600,000, corresponding to the value of the acquired inventory. The acquiring party was a Czech company from the ASBIS Group – ASBIS CZ, and the transaction was completed with the company’s own funds.

Sales revenues in Q2 2025 increased by 47% and amounted to USD 949.3 million (PLN 3.5 billion). During the same period, the Group's net profit doubled to USD 12.1 million (PLN 45 million).

ASBIS generated sales revenues of USD 736.4 million (PLN 2.9 billion) in Q1 2025. In the same period, the Group's net profit amounted to USD 7.3 million (PLN 29.5 million). Despite very high revenues, the Company's profitability was influenced by unfavourable market factors, such as the grey market in Kazakhstan and the ongoing war in Ukraine.
